LUDZIDZINI: Welcome Dlamini,the newly elected Mbabane East Member of Parliament(MP) says Chief Justice(CJ) Bheki Maphalala must be summoned to explain why he castrated the Anti Corruption Commission(ACC), resulting to the culture of impunity in the country where individuals engage in corruption without fear of being punished.
Speaking during Sibaya on Friday, the MP said, the new Prime Minister(PM) who will be appointed must engage the Chief Justice, the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General(AG) to find a solution to the ongoing corruption in the country.
“The Chief Justice must give an explanation why he castrated the ACC, the institution is not functioning now because of him”, said the MP.
Dlamini further mentioned that, public funds were disappearing at the Master of the High Court but only one man stopped Parliament from investigating.
Even though the MP did not mention the one man, CJ Bheki Maphalala stopped Parliament from investigating the Master of the High Court.
“We need to question this man and demand answers why he is opposed to an investigation,is he not involved?”, said the MP who further called for the arrest of those implicated in the disappearance of drugs in public hospitals.
