LUDZIDZINI:Neal Rijikernberg, the former Minister of Finance says, repaying scholarship funds will enable others to benefit and further their studies.
Speaking during the ongoing Sibaya,Rijikernberg said,government was working towards ensuring that the Scholarship Fund is properly managed so that more young emaSwati could benefit.
“We understand that some are suggesting that,the scholarships must not be repaid but that might create cash flow challenges and deprive others the right to benefit.Government is working towards ensuring that the Scholarship Fund is properly managed,” said the former Finance Minister.
