LOBAMBA:Lady Howard-Mabuza, the former Minister of Education and Training is among leading nominees in the ongoing election of Women Regional Members of Parliament(MPs).
The nominations were conducted by Parliament on Friday in terms of the Constitution, this comes after the number of elected MPs failed to meet the principles of gender equality.
Thandeka Angel Mavuso from Lobamba Lomdzala took the lead in the Manzini region with three hundred and twenty-three(323)nominations, Mabuza Lady Howard(222), Bhembe Pureen(183), Vilane Zodwa(123) and Dlamini Nomiwe(110).
