BHUNYA: Sihle Mavuso,the Spokesperson of Montigny Investments has confirmed that a plane contracted to the forestry company crashed at Bhunya Forests around Lundzi on Thursday morning.
The plane was conducting a survey when it developed fault.
“It is true there has been an incident, we are at the scene and waiting for authorities from Civil Aviation and police to conduct a full investigation.There were no fatalities,” said the Montigny Investments Spokesperson when responding to this Swaziland News on Thursday morning.
A questionnaire was sent to Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, the police Spokesperson, however, she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
It has been disclosed that,the pilot and an assistant “are safe” and will visit the clinic just for medical check-up.
