MBABANE: Alpheous Nxumalo, the Government Spokesperson says,emaSwati have concluded the national dialogue at the rightful and constitutional forum, Sibaya.
Responding to a questionnaire from this Swaziland News this week,the Government Spokesperson,said Government has been ushered into the office and now working towards delivering on the mandate and matters of national strategic importance as articulated by the people during the national dialogue at Sibaya.
"I think you have misdirected your questionnaire, you should ask MSF about any “inclusive dialogue".Government is of the perspective that emaSwati have concluded the national dialogue at the rightful and constitutional forum-Sibaya.Meanwhile,Government have been ushered into office and the work to deliver on the mandate and matters of national strategic importance as articulated by the people during the national dialogue at Sibaya," said the Government Spokesperson.
On another note, Sivumelwano Nyembe,the Spokesperson of the Multi Stakeholders Forum(MSF) said, for the country to achieve sustainable peace and unity, it’s imperative to legalize political parties, release all political prisoners and foster an all inclusive political dialogue.
“To achieve sustainable peace and unity, it is imperative to legalize political parties, release all political prisoners, foster an inclusive political dialogue and establish legitimate elections grounded on democratic institutions. The legitimacy of political office should stem from the will of the people,” said the MSF Spokesperson.
