MBABANE:King Mswati says,eSwatini remains committed to strengthen the existing diplomatic relations with the Republic of India for the benefit of emaSwati.
Speaking during India’s 75th Republic Day celebration held in Mbabane on Saturday,the King who was represented by Defense Principal Secretary(PS) Prince Sicalo applauded India for removing visa requirements to enable the free movement of emaSwati to the Republic of India.
“I have been commanded by His Majesty King Mswati III and Ingwenyama of the Kingdom of eSwatini to represent him on this 75th Republic Day of the Republic of India.I shall read His Majesty’s speech accordingly”, said the Prince on behalf of the King.
The King further thanked the Republic of India for prioritizing development projects in the country and expressed commitment for the strengthening of the existing diplomatic relations.
Prince Sicalo represented the King in India’s 75th Republic Day.
