EZULWINI:Lucky Dlamini,the Slomoes Corporation Director alleges that, they spent a lot of money trying to remove Marwick Khumalo as Lobamba Lomdzala Member of Parliament(MP) during the recent elections.

The Slomoes Director who was implicated in a R12million Local Government Elections irregular tender under the Ministry of Housing, allegedly disclosed this at Happy Valley Hotel on Friday evening while enjoying alcoholic drinks with Lubombo Regional MP Futhie ‘Makhize’ Ngcamphalala and others.

“We tried to remove Marwick but it transpired that he is strong there, we spent a lot of money”, said the businessman.

Information gathered by this Swaziland News further suggests that,while narrating the plot to oust the Lobamba Lomdzala MP, Lubombo MP Futhie ‘MaMkhize' Ngcamphalala said”.

“Shano mani buka besengimangele kutsi ubhizi ngani leku-Mahlanya, besengivukwa sikhwele ngicabanga kutsi soganiwe(meaning:Now that you have mentioned,I understand because I was wondering what you were busy with at Mahlanya, I thought you have found a new girlfriend there and I was beginning to be upset”, said the Lubombo Regional MP.

Dlamini,the MP and friends were sitting at the “pool side” within the Happy Valley Hotel around 10pm on Friday after the official opening of the 12th Parliament by King Mswati.

The Slomoes Director then introduced the Regional MP to his friends and one of the friends told him that he was not aware of an MP by the name of ‘MaMkhize’.

“You don’t know ‘MaMkhize?, just buy the newspaper tomorrow, you will see her there”, he said.

A questionnaire was sent to the Slomoes Director,however,he had not responded and,efforts to reach Futhie ‘MaMKhize’ Ngcamphalala proved successful at the time of compiling this report.

MP Marwick Khumalo’s cellphone rang unanswered when this publication tried to reach him.

On another note, the information obtained by this Swaziland News further suggests that,when asked by one of the friends who were with him, where he sourced the money to try and remove the Lobamba Lomdzala MP, the Slomoes Director allegedly challenged the ‘friend’ to “go to the parking and check the car” he was driving.

“Just go outside and check in the parking the car that I’m driving”, said the Slomoes Director
