MBABANE: Former President Jacob Zuma has won against the Electoral Commission that disqualified him from standing for elections as uMkhonto weSizwe(MK) candidate.

The matter was before the Electoral Court that delivered its judgment on Tuesday afternoon.

Zuma was disqualified on the basis of being an ex-convict but,his legal team led by Advocate Dali Mpofu successfully urged before the court that he cannot be disqualified.
