MANZINI:Health workers here at the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial(RFM) downed tools on Wednesday, they are demanding unpaid April 2024 salaries.

This comes hardly a day after this Swaziland News reported that, the health institution was facing financial challenges amid shortage of working equipment including a kidney failure dialysis machinery.

The health crisis was triggered by widely reported and ongoing rampant corruption in the public administration and royal extravagant spending.
