Tinkhundla was established to centralize power within the royal ensemble for the self-enrichment of the King and other powerful and politically connected individuals, there’s no way emaSwati could enjoy development and service delivery under a corrupt system of governance.

Amid the shortage of drugs in public hospitals and the death of hundreds of patients,Mduduzi Matsebula,the Minister of Health opted to utter outright lies this week, saying Government was vigorously working towards addressing the health crisis.

The intention was to lie,create false hopes among the people and allow them to die while hoping that, one day things will be better in this country, unfortunately things will never be fine as long as Mswati and his Tinkhundla system of governance are in power.

Before being appointed into Cabinet,Minister Mduduzi Matsebula was vocal against those stealing public funds within the Ministry of Health, he even pledged to deal with the culprits and address the shortage of drugs after being appointed a Cabinet Minister.

But as you read this article, companies linked to individuals implicated in the stealing of public funds within the Ministry of Health have submitted tender documents, as expected, no arrests and the looting continues.

But it should be noted that, the problem here is not the Health Minister, Matsebula is just a drop in the ocean of corruption and dictatorship dominated by political sharks that strives by consuming the blood of the poor and powerless citizens.

Tinkhundla is a system that governs without an opposition or institutions that promote, checks and balances,the government is accountable to one man King Mswati, an absolute Monarch whose word automatically becomes the law.

Before the collapse of the health system,Mswati constructed his own hospital at Lobamba known as “Manzana Royal Hospital”, his mother Queen Ntombi Tfwala travelled to Singapore this week for medical check-up.

Worth-noting, while Cabinet Ministers,King Mswati,his mother and royal family members close to him have the privilege to be treated in private hospitals outside the country, poor citizens who pay tax are left to die as the Manzini Raleigh Fitkin Memorial(RFM) hospital is reportedly operating without a kidney failure dialysis machinery.

Well,those who understand what kidney failure is and what it means to a patient to be without treatment or dialysis for a single day, will understand the cruelty of this Tinkhundla regime.

In fact, there’s no sickness that requires a press statement or endless explanation from a Government even if it’s a headache, sinus,high blood pressure among others,the solution to any sickness is medical treatment not political propaganda.

It is therefore absurd for a whole Health Minister to release a press statement instead of providing drugs in public hospitals, patients need medical treatment not press statements.

But then this is a regime that changes faces with one mandate, to oppress and kill the innocent poor citizens.

Firstly, Commerce Minister Mancoba Khumalo was appointed as Chairman of the Health Crisis Cabinet Select Committee, he was all over the media including the State owned radio uttering lies, he even misled the people saying by January 2024 the health crisis would have long been addressed by Government.

After realizing that,the people have rebuked Minister Mancoba Khumalo, another alleged corrupt thief who and lost credibility as he consistently lied,the regime is now parading Minister Mduduzi Matsebula to buy time and give the people false hopes that, drugs would be delivered.

This is the modus operandi of the oppressive and heartless Tinkhundla regime, it changes faces with one mandate, to oppress and kill the people through poverty and unavailability of basic services including access to health care.

Anyone who still believe Tinkhundla will ever develop this country is day-dreaming because ideologically,Tinkhundla was founded on absolute Monarchy and the priority is the King and his family.

In light of the aforementioned, it is therefore important to emphasize that,the solution is to overthrow the Tinkhundla system of Governance so that,the people can elect their own government.

Indeed,a government must be owned by the people not the King, no single human-being on this planet has the authority to own a country and a government.
