MANZINI:Built it Manzini workers engaged in a strike action on Friday, they are demanding full-time employment from their employer who has been offering them short-term contracts.
The company that has been operating in the country for more than twenty(20) years, is alleged to be exploiting workers,offering them six(6) months contracts with no terminal benefits.
Phila Mtsetfwa,the Secretary General of the Swaziland Commercial and Allied Workers Union(SCAWU)addressed the striking workers, he urged them to remain brave and firm in their demands for better working conditions.
