MBABANE:Zweli Martin Dlamini, the editor of this Swaziland News says, being away from home might be disadvantageous to him as he can’t freely interact with his relatives but,he is driven by a desire to see eSwatini transforming into a new democratic dispensation for a better life for all.

The editor was a Guest on Rise FM,a South African radio station, together with the Spokesperson of the Zimbabwe’s Citizens Coalition for Change(CCC) as part of the World Refugees Day.

“It’s a very difficult situation, you will understand that as a human being you have relatives, sometimes you will receive news that your relatives are no more, you can’t attend funerals, you can’t attend relatives birthdays, you can’t interact with your friends. But when you are facing a situation like this, whereby you trying to fix a country as a journalist, you are then driven by the desire to see change that will benefit all the people.I would make an example,I’m not in eSwatini but one of the things that I am able to do outside eSwatini is that,I’m able to report freely. Some of the issues, there are many issues that have been sorted in eSwatini due to the reporting that I do because no one can censor the information anymore”,said the editor when speaking to the South African radio station on Thursday evening.
