MBABANE:Johannes Manikela,the Chairman of the Federation of Eswatini Business Community(FESBC) in the Hhohho region has urged Finance Minister Neal Rijikernberg to pay suppliers on time as a demonstration of Government support for the Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs).

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Friday,the FESBC Chairman said,the statements uttered by the Finance Minister during the Tax Indaba organized by Business Eswatini(BE) were good on paper and would be effective if implemented.

“Support for the SMEs should not be merely about making political statements,let’s see the speedy payments due to the Government suppliers.This is the very same Minister whose Ministry is frustrating or delaying payments and even though we welcome his statement expressing support for SMEs,let’s have practical action”, said the FESBC Chairman.
