MATSAPHA:King Mswati has officially opened Matsapha Power Pack Africa, a plastic bottle manufacturing company and Union Papers, a cardboard recycling and manufacturing company, the company is formerly known as Swazi Paper Mills.
As reported by Government online platforms,Power Pack Africa currently employs about forty(40) emaSwati and has invested R50million in their first phase of the project, while Union Papers employs over one hundred and fifty(150) emaSwati and has invested about R200million for Phase one(1) of their project.
“His Majesty has acknowledged the contribution made by both companies to the economy, through job creation, despite using high-tech solutions. He has further challenged Government to bring in more investors to create more employment opportunities for emaSwati”, reads the Government online report.
