KIGALI:King Mswati and his delegation toured the Irembo, a Rwanda State owned Digital Services Company established to provide zero papers services, Government online platforms reported on Monday.
“His Majesty has commended Rwanda’s progress in being one of the few African countries to have created a paperless digital society. The King says this aligns with the African Union’s vision to create a single interconnected digital system that would allow for the free movement of goods and services”, reads the online report.
The King is in Rwanda, he attended the inauguration of President-elect Paul Kagame on Sunday, the event was attended by other Heads of State.
