“I will soon increase your salaries”,Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini tells police officers.

MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has promised to increase salaries for all police officers in the country.

Addressing senior cops on Wednesday after touring various Police Stations including Malkerns, the PM who doubles as the Minister of Police pledged to improve working conditions for police officers including salaries.

The police officers were seen smiling while others were shooting “Nkhosi” while demonstrating their happiness as the Prime Minister delivered his speech, National Commissioner Vusi Masango was among the senior officers present.

Other who were present include Principal Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Bertram Stewart, Mtfongwaneni Member of Parliament(MP) Nathie Hlophe and Senior Deputy National Commissioner Sula Dlamini.
