MBABANE:Velaphi Mamba, a human rights defender and Treasurer General of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) has accused the late King Somhlolo of being a coward.
Speaking during his Visionary Perspective Program hosted on Sunday by this Swaziland News, Mamba said, emaSwati are always told that, “leli laSomhlolo liyahlolelana” when in fact Somhlolo was a coward who ran away from Shaka and King Zwide.
“Somhlolo was a coward, he spent most of his time running away from Shaka and King Zwide. So we need to produce films and correct the narrative”, he said.
