MLAWULA: Mlawula and Mbuluzi Game Rangers have killed two(2) citizens within three(3) weeks merely for walking next to the Game Reserves.
Senior Superintendent Phindile Vilakati,the Police Spokesperson declined to comment.
But Siboniso Mkhabela, the National Organizing Secretary(NOS) of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) confirmed the shooting when speaking to this Swaziland News on Wednesday evening.
“It’s true, as PUDEMO we went to mourn with the Sigwane family,within three(3) weeks the Mlawula and Mbuluzi Game Rangers have killed two(2) citizens while another was shot and killed at Lubulini this week”, said the PUDEMO National Organizing Secretary.
On another note, Eswatini Game Rangers have killed dozens of citizens over the past years, merely for walking next to the various Game Reserves,the Rangers were never arrested or prosecuted.
