MANZINI:Wandile Dludlu, the Deputy President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) has urged ex-President of the Swaziland National Union of Students(SNUS) to be strong and remain resilient.
The PUDEMO Deputy President was addressing leaders of the organization who had come to support Maseko at the Manzini Magistrate court for his politically motivated Sedition Case that was postponed to the 20th November 2024.
“It seems no one is interested in the case now, the police who arrested our leader and prosecutors are nowhere to be found now. Even on the 20th we will be here to support our leader”, said the PUDEMO Deputy President.
Maseko was arrested at the peak of the recent political unrest for leading University students in series of protests in demand for democracy and the welfare of students.
