BIGBEND:Bheki Mamba, the President of the Trade Union Congress of Swaziland(TUCOSWA) accepted a petition on Friday from Ubombo Sugar Limited workers, the employees “are seeking an intervention to remove their trade union leaders who are refusing to vacate office”.
The workers under the Swaziland Agricultural Plantation Workers Union(SAPWU) have been consistently protesting against their trade union leaders, accusing them of looting their subscription monies.
Tension escalated after the SAPWU leaders refused to vacate office despite the expiry of their term of office.
