LOBAMBA:Michael Masilela, the Lobamba Member of Parliament(MP) is highly expected to move a motion seeking to ban Public Service Minister Mabulala Maseko from entering Parliament at least, until he pays junior police officers their salary increment or submit a convincing report in this regard.
The MP was advised by Speaker Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza to register a separate motion if “he wants the House to expel the Minister”.
This comes after the MP suggested that, the Public Service Minister must be expelled for failing to implement the Phase two(2) Government Circular but, the Speaker ruled him out of order saying he cannot move a similar motion while another one was being debated.
The motion seeking to increase salaries for police officers was moved by Mayiwane MP Sicelo KhungaNkhosi’ Dlamini and seconded by Deputy Speaker Madala Mhlanga, the Mhlangatane MP, it was then supported by the entire House of Assembly.
