MANZINI:Phesheya Dube,the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology(ICT) has signed an agreement on behalf of Government with the Embassy of the United States(US) to advance the American Spaces initiative offered in the Manzini and Mbabane National Library Services.
As reported by Government online platforms, this collaboration “is aimed at promoting” access to information, innovation, digital inclusion and cultural exchange.
“The American Spaces initiative offers free internet, STEM programs, and entrepreneurship workshops,fostering innovation and bridging the digital divide.These hubs align with Eswatini's Digital Transformation Agenda and the "Government in Your Hand" program, ensuring access to resources and services for everyone,” reads the Government online report.
