MBABANE:Jane Mkhonta-Simelane,the Minister of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, was sleeping for almost the entire duration of Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini’s Government Performance Report Speech at the Cabinet Offices in Mbabane on Friday.
The alleged incompetent Tourism Minister, allegedly went to the dreamland less than five(5) minutes after the PM started to deliver the speech that was outlining Government achievements since the appointment of Cabinet by King Mswati last year.
But she briefly ceased sleeping however, the Tourism Minister was allegedly seen sleeping again twenty(20) minutes into the PM’s speech.
On another note, the Prime Minister was delivering one of the most important reports in the functioning of Government but, the Tourism Minister opted to sleep on the job while other Ministers were listening attentively.
