MBABANE:Thulisile Dladla,the Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) has appealed for assistance from international donors as floods destroy homes and State infrastructure in eSwatini.
In a press statement released on Thursday, the DPM said Government “is fully committed to respond to the crisis with urgency.
“Government will also be working closely with international partners to secure additional resources and expertise as we move toward recovery”, said the Deputy Prime Minister.
The DPM then thanked the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force(UEDF) and other State institutions for assisting in the last few days.
“We are aware that the recovery process will not be easy, and it will take time, and want to appeal for patience and cooperation from all emaSwati”, said the DPM through the press statement.
