MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has arrived in Uganda, he will be representing King in the Extraordinary Summit on the Post Malabo Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP), Government online platforms reported on Friday.

The Prime Minister will be representing His Majesty King Mswati III and the Nation at the Extraordinary Summit on the Post Malabo Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP).Welcoming the Premier at Entebbe International Airport was Uganda's State Minister of Agriculture, Hon.
