MBABANE:Phesheya Dube, the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology(ICT) allegedly defied a court order, directing him to pay over R6million to Slomoes Corporation(Pty) Ltd for technology services sourced by Government.
The company has approached the court again, seeking to have the PS arrested for alleged contempt of court, the defied order directing Government or the PS to pay the information technology company, was issued by Judge Zonke Magagula.
Life is literally a struggle for eSwatini businesspeople and/or indigenous companies as Government “systematically delays payments for services rendered, other companies have closed down after failing to pay salaries and other bills”.
