MBABANE:Nothando Dlamini-Fakudze, a Royal Guard based at Nkoyoyo Palace allegedly colluded with a High Court employee to forge a divorce court order purportedly delivered by Principal Judge Qinisile Mabuza.

The Judiciary is facing escalating cases of forged court orders by alleged corrupt lawyers and other judicial employees, some of these fraudulent court documents are then used to steal eStates belonging to deceased wealthy men.

An independent investigation conducted by this publication uncovered that, this is done by fraudulently adding strangers as wives while cancelling the legitimate wives from the Home Affairs Government computer systems, resulting to legitimate wives being challenged in court by strangers who emerged from ‘nowhere’, claiming to be married to the deceased as well.

Documentary evidence in possession of this Swaziland News suggests that, the Royal Guard allegedly forged the court order and went on to divorce her husband Mahlangatja Indvuna YeNkhundla Mduduzi Fakudze without his knowledge after marrying Jericho uMengameli Bandzile Mkoko.

But the alleged forging of the court order came while the wife was pregnant and gave birth to a child after being secretly ‘married’ by the Jericho Priest through “kuteka” customary marriage.

In the process and on or around 11th December 2024  and after ‘obtaining’ the fraudulent court order, the Royal Guard further colluded with officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs to delete a Marriage Certificate between her and the Indvuna YeNkhundla through alleged fraudulent means.

Reached for comments on Wednesday afternoon, Judge Qinisile Mabuza confirmed knowledge of the matter but asked not to comment further saying, the police advised her not to speak about it pending investigation.

“Police advised me not to speak about this matter pending investigations”, said the Judge.

When this publication contacted the Royal Guard, she claimed, she was not in a place with a stable network, this was shortly after this journalist introduced himself and started the questioning regarding this matter.

“Mane ngatsi le-network ayibambi kahle”,she said after this journalist asked her to explain the circumstances surrounding the alleged forged court order.

Efforts to reach Jericho uMengameli Bandzile Mkoko proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.

Responding to this publication on the subject matter, Mduduzi Fakudze, the Mahlangatja Indvuna YeNkhundla said the matter “is being investigated by the police”, he also asked not to comment further.

“The matter is being investigated by the police hence I can’t share further comments”, he said.

Senior Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, the Police Spokesperson declined to comment about the matter.

It has been disclosed that, after it was discovered that the court order was fraudulent, the legitimate husband being Indvuna YeNkhundla Mduduzi Fakudze, successfully obtained a legitimate court order directing the Ministry of Home Affairs to reinstate the Marriage Certificate in the Government system.
