MBABANE:Industrial Court Judge Abande Dlamini has dismissed an application by Sipho Nelson Tsabedze, the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Public Service.
Tsabedze was challenging the Civil Service Commission(CSC) ruling directing him to go home amid findings suggesting that,he allegedly forged his birth certificate to avoid retirement, the ruling was delivered on Monday.
The Industrial Court Judge then wondered why the PS waited for more than twenty(20) years to alter his date of birth if there was a genuine mistake in birth certificate, Judge Abande Dlamini concluded that “the application is without merit”.
