MBABANE:Prince Lonkhokhela, the Minister of Natural Resources and Energy has reduced the electricity increase announced by the Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority(ESERA) from fourteen percent(14%) to eight-percent(8%) for the 2025/26 financial year amid public pressure.
The Minister announced this decision during a press conference on Wednesday, he then said electricity will be increased with 7% in the 2026/27 financial year.
