MBABANE:King Mswati has described the Tinkhundla system has open, engaging, transparent while promoting citizens’ participation in decision making through Sibaya dialogue.
As reported by Government online platforms, the King was addressing the World Governments Summit in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates(UAE) on Tuesday, he emphasized the importance of consulting the people before any decision that impacts their lives.
