MBABANE:Ishmond Fakudze has been appointed as the new Group Corporate Affairs Manager of the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation(RESc).
The appointment of Fakudze who was working as Property Services Manager, was announced by the Managing Director of the sugar company Nick Jackson through a memo dated 17th February 2025 and directed to all employees.
This comes after the resignation of Sifiso Nyembe,the then RESc Group Corporate Affairs Manager.
Reached for comments by this Swaziland News on Tuesday, Fakudze thanked God and the company for the appointment, he pledged to work diligently and with dedication.
“I thank God for the opportunity to serve.I thank the company for the trust bestowed on me.Together with my team and all stakeholders we shall do all in our capability to advance the cause of the company,” said the new Corporate Affairs Manager when speaking to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
On another note, the sugar company announced the appointment of Melusi Malinga as the new Group Information Technology(IT) Manager.
