MBABANE: A picture of Former Swazi MTN Public Relations Officer(PRO) Mphilo Dlamini where he was steaming (kufutsa) with a machinery after experiencing flue is circulating.
Speaking to this Swaziland News in an interview, Dlamini who is now based in South Africa laughed-off the speculation created by his circulating picture, he said he did the steaming after experiencing flue.
“I was steaming after experiencing flue, many people who know me are now worried after seeing that picture, they think I have COVID-19, I am fine” he said.
Dlamini is a former journalist who worked in the media before joining the corporate sector.
On another note Pastor Justice Dlamini of the Mbabane Worship is another public figure who revealed that he survived the virus after steaming. Eswatini is experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases and deaths and the healthy system struggles to manage the situation.
Dr Simon Zwane, when speaking to this publication in n earlier interview, reminded Emaswati to adopt preventive measures by washing their hands, wearing of mask, maintaining social distancing, staying at home and avoid crowds.
