MBABANE:Senior Superintendent Emmanuel Dlamini, the Police Traffic Operations Officer has assured emaSwati that, it’s safe to travel to Buhleni Royal Residence for the ongoing Buganu Ceremony as there would be no “drink and driving arrests”.
Dlamini was addressing the media on Saturday at Buhleni when assuring emaSwati that, it’s safe to travel to the annual traditional alcohol drinking ceremony.
“But those who are travelling to the ceremony must avoid being driven by someone who is drunk ngoba kungenteka singambophi but there would be inconvenience”, he said.
The law is enforced selectively in eSwatini particularly on matters involving royalty.
