MBABANE:Tanele Magagula, the Hhohho Regional Member of Parliament(MP) has been taken to the Small Claims Court for allegedly failing to pay four thousand-five hundred and eighty Rands(R4580,00).
The money is being demanded by Thabsile Mondlane of Rachel Investments(Pty) Ltd, a company based in Mbabane.
MP Magagula has been making in headlines on this Swaziland News after allegedly disappearing with one thousand-five hundred Rands(R1,500.00) belonging to a parent she had promised to assist secure a place for his child to study at St Marks Primary School.
The MP was also evicted by Judge Qinisile Mabuza’s daughter Sazikazi Nomfundo Mabuza for failing to pay rent at Lot 3159, Lukhasi Street Thembelihle,Mbabane.
But apart from that, more emaSwati contacted this publication, claiming the Hhohho MP disappeared with their monies.
