MBABANE:Arno Pienaar, the Managing Director of Bastion Security(Pty) Ltd is being sued for over five hundred thousand Rands(R500,000.00) by fired Contract Manager Emmanuel Mahlalela.
The alleged unfair dismissal matter appeared before the Conciliation, mediation and Arbitration Commission(CMAC) and declared as an unresolved dispute.
As a result, the lawyer representing Emmanuel Mahlalela is highly expected to file an Industrial Court application.
Arno Pienaar is King Mswati’s alleged mercenary who was allegedly instrumental in the killing of civilians merely for demanding democracy.
Bastion Security was contracted by the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation(RESc) where Mahlalela was stationed, he was subsequently dismissed after being accused of threatening to shoot and kill workers.
The Contract Manager is also accused of issuing an order directing other Managers to openly have sexual relations with junior employees.
But Mahlalela is denying these allegations saying the charges were fabricated by Pienaar after refusing to pay him for extra duties.
