MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has applauded the “Business to Government” annual engagement that enables the Government to engage with the private sector on issues of economic growth and development.
Addressing the “Business to Government” event at the Royal Villas on Monday, the PM expressed Government’s commitment to improve the economy and, the ease of doing business to attract meaningful investments.
“To build on this momentum, I am pleased to say that His Majesty’s Government is finalising the launch of an Investor One Stop Shop under the Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA).This facility will streamline investment processes, reduce administrative burdens, and serve as a centralised hub for investor support. I encourage all stakeholders to take full advantage of this service once operational.Furthermore, I would like to extend an open invitation to the private sector to engage with EIPA regarding participation in the upcoming Japan EXPO 2025 in Osaka. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase Eswatini’s innovation, investment potential,and export offerings on a global stage,” said the PM.
The PM further commissioned the National Competitiveness Council, the SBR Core Group and the Technical Working Groups, signifying a new phase of structured public-private cooperation.
