MBABANE:Tinkhundla Minister Sikhumbuzo Dlamini,the Nkwene Member of Parliament(MP) has dumped the people of his area saying he can’t tolerate insults directed to him on the community Whatsap group.
This comes after residents blasted the Minister for allegedly misleading the community regarding the disappearance of plant machinery including TLBs and Excavators tasked with rehabilitating roads at Nkwene, the machinery disappeared without completing the rehabilitation of the roads.
It has been disclosed that, after the recent floods, the Office of Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Thulisile Dladla under the National Disaster Management Agency(NDMA) assisted by renting the machinery to rehabilitate the roads, the machinery was later withdrawn without finishing the maintenance of the roads after Government failed to pay for services rendered.
“I am now leaving the Whatsap group to concentrate on my duties as a Minister”, he said.
