MBABANE:King Mswati’s wife Inkhosikati Sibonelo LaMbikiza is critically sick and was recently transported to a South African hospital.

But the Queen’s health is reportedly deteriorating and as a result, soon after being discharged, she was admitted again a few weeks ago.

Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini made an effort to contact the King’s wife for a comment on Thursday afternoon, her cellphone was ringing but,she couldn’t be reached.

A Whatsap message was then sent to verify her health condition however, she had not responded at the time of  compiling this report.

But a bodyguard next to the Queen told this publication that, LaMbikiza’s health is fast deteriorating however, efforts are being made to ensure that, she receives the best medical care.

On another note, eSwatini is facing a health crisis amid shortage of drugs in public hospitals, members of the royal family are either treated at Manzana Royal Hospital or outside the country.

Dozens of emaSwati have died since the health crisis erupted triggered by rampant corruption in the public administration.
