MBABANE:Alpheous Nxumalo,the Government Spokesperson has called for diplomatic engagement with the United States(US) following a decision by newly inaugurated President Donald Trump, imposing 10% tariffs on all goods imported from eSwatini.
Writing on his online platform on Friday, Nxumalo who previously accused the US of supporting regime-change while calling for the unconditional sovereign respect for eSwatini, said it’s time to engage with the United States.
“Like politics, diplomacy is the art of the possible”, said the Government Spokesperson.
