MBABANE:Funduzi Forensic Services, the company that investigated the health crisis and/or shortage of drugs in public hospitals is being challenged amid suspicion suggesting that, it was not properly registered at the time of the tender.

This comes after Swazipharm Director Kareem Ashraff who was allegedly implicated in the multibillion looting of public funds within the Ministry of Health, challenged the legitimacy of the forensic company.

Zakhele Dlamini, the Director of the forensic company previously told this Swaziland News that, Funduzi Forensic Services was being persecuted for exposing the corruption amid shortage of drugs in public hospitals.

“It’s true, we are being persecuted for exposing the corruption”, he said.

SwaziPharm Director who has been consistent in attacking the forensic company that investigated him after being contracted by the Office the Auditor General, declined to comment.

Eswatini is facing a health crisis amid shortage of drugs in public hospitals, dozens have died since the crisis erupted.
