MBABANE:Jaque Van Der Heever, the Director of Q’s gambling company has accused eBet Director Ioannis Kiriakos Calivitis of being corrupt and that, he is owing him about R10million.

Speaking to this Swaziland News, the Q’s Director who once attempted to object to the awarding of a license to eBet said, he was in partnership with Calivitis but, the eBet Director opted to defraud him millions.

“I discovered all of his bad sides while in partnership with him and that’s when we parted ways and they still owe me millions to this day, that’s is the settlement you are referring to and has nothing to do with the gaming board, they were running ebet illegally,” said the Q’s Director.

But Ioannis Kiriakos Calivitis, the Director of eBet denied the allegations, he told this Swaziland News that, he reported businessman Jaque Van Heever to the police for alleged extortion after the latter demanded R7million.

“It’s true that I have opened a criminal case with the police against Jaque Van Heever, he has been extorting me R7million since April 2024 saying he will continue to block the awarding of eBet license if I don’t pay him the money, I’ve decided to take legal action against him”, said the eBet Director.

The two(2) businessmen have been at loggerheads for sometime now, both of them are owning businesses in the multibillion gambling industry.
