MBABANE:Cebsile Ngwenya, the Assistant Master of the High Court has been applauded by the children of the late Sipho Sikhwele Mlotsa for the manner in which, she handled the eState of their father.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Saturday, Calile Temnotfo Mlotsa of Sithobelweni said, Ngwenya demonstrated professionalism even when verbally attacked by questionable widow Sibongile Mlotsa who subsequently ran to social media to scandalize her for working towards ensuring that, all children receive “what is due to them” from the eState of their father.

“Our father died while having a girlfriend Sibongile and there was a faction within our family which resolved that, Sibongile must marry our father in his grave. Batsi umfati uyatekwa noma indvodza seyishonile and we opposed that as the children of the late Sipho Mlotsa. But we were subsequently told that, Sibongile is now officially married to our late father and therefore, eligible to benefit from the eState and, we were shocked. This week, we had a meeting at the Master of the High Office  and the Assistant Master questioned Sibongile, challenging her to explain how she got married to the deceased. But instead of responding and convince the Master’s Office that she was the lawful wife to our father, if she was in the first place, left the meeting and ran to scandalize Cebsile Ngwenya on social media. We were present during the meeting and, the Assistant Master of the High Court was within her duties to ask questions so that she can understand who is eligible to benefit. She did not say she will deny her a share in the eState but, she asked her to respond to our concerns as children, questioning her legitimacy as a wife,” she said.

Efforts to seek a comment from Sibongile Mlotsa proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report but, she was quoted on social media scandalizing the Assistant Master of the High Court after allegedly failing to respond to questions regarding her questionable legitimacy as a wife to the deceased.
