MBABANE:Inspector Goodness Dlamini, the seconded investigator of the Anti Corruption Commission(ACC) is an alleged fraudster, she allegedly defrauded Government over eight hundred thousand Rands(R800,000.00) by receiving public funds as salaries while on study leave.
Dlamini allegedly abused her powers as the alleged girlfriend of the then Police Head of Intelligence Meshack Ntjalintjali to defraud Government the said amount, she was recently seconded by the National Commissioner of Police Vusi Manoma Masango to work with the ACC in investigating corruption.
It has been disclosed that, on or around 2017, the “ACC investigator who is employed by the Royal Eswatini Police Service(RSTP) applied for a leave to study law at the University of Eswatini(UNESWA).
But the investigator subsequently colluded with her alleged boyfriend who was working as the Police Head of Intelligence Meshack Ntjalintjali to manipulate State documents and as a result, she received her salary in full five(5) years when in fact, she was supposed to receive half of her salary.
Efforts to reach Meshack Ntjalintjali, the then Head of Police Intelligence proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
But when this Swaziland News contacted the ACC investigator on Sunday morning, she terminated the conversation shortly after being asked to respond and clarify the allegations suggesting that, she defrauded Government by receiving undue payments while on study leave.
“Hello, how are you”, she said before terminating the conversation shortly after being asked to respond why she defrauded Government over R800,000.00.
