MBABANE:Alpheous Nxumalo,the alleged serial rapist has filed an urgent application in court, seeking an order directing the State to release his passport so he could travel to South Africa to see Prophet Oliva Viola.
The fallen Government Spokesperson who is currently out-on-bail for alleged rape, had his passport confiscated by the State as part of his bail conditions.
But he subsequently told “the court that he is sick and stressed and therefore, wants to see a Prophet in the neighboring South Africa”.
