NKOMAZI:Youkui Wang,the Chinese national who allegedly drowned at Nkomazi River on Monday was ‘fishing’ for prawns and the police under the Operational Support Services Unit(OSSU) were still searching for his body at the time of compiling this report on Tuesday morning.
On another note, the incident was a hot topic within homesteads situated next to the Nkomazi River and surrounding areas, residents were worried about “sipoko sase-China” demanding that, rituals be performed at the river banks.
Chinese national Youkui Wang who drowned at Nkomazi River was allegedly fishing for prawns, residents want rituals performed at the river banks saying “sitawushonaphi nje sekutawuba nesipoko sase-China”.
